Our 100% cotton Fluff Co sheets are 5 star quality, paired with a cloud-like duvet comforter and a gauze cotton coverlet. Like the extra weight and plushness? Keep it all on. Prefer a light cover in the summer? Take the comforter off and use the coverlet as a blanket for that perfect post beach nap. Each bed will have 5 pillows, 3 soft fill and 2 firmer foam, so that everyone can find the perfect combination for optimized comfort. We prioritize quality and attention to detail so that every space feels welcoming and well-appointed.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
A well-stocked kitchen is essential for those who love to cook while on vacation. Our rentals feature modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet breakfast before a beach day or cooking a family dinner, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. Waverly Suite 1 and Waverly Suite 2 do not have a full kitchen, but they still have kitchenettes to prepare your morning coffee and breakfast, beach snacks, or evening wine and charcuterie. Full kitchen or not, you will always have a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware, especially wine glasses.
Bath Amenities
We know that the little details matter. That’s why we provide essential toiletries, plush towels, and home-like touches in every bathroom. Leave the big bottles at home. We have your shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion covered. Our 100% cotton terry towels from Brooklinen will make you feel like you are having a spa day, because who doesn’t like feeling pampered? Hair dryers (with concetrator and diffuser attachments) and an iron with ironing board are also in every room, so you can get ready for your night out without lugging those along.
Broadband WiFi & Entertainment
Whether you’re working remotely (we hope not), streaming your favorite show, or simply staying connected, our rentals offer broadband Wi-Fi to keep you online with ease. All properties also include Roku TVs which have a long list of free apps to choose from, or you can log into your streaming services for entertainment options for cozy nights in. There is always a TV in the common space, and many rentals also have them in each bedroom.
Outdoor Living & Beach Essentials

Many of our properties have private decks, patios, or balconies with stunning views and comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on.
